How do I resell HelpSquad to my customers?
Reselling HelpSquad Live Chat Service is easy and profitable, in some cases very profitable.
There are two options to resell HelpSquad:
- Direct referral. We will setup a reseller account for your company and supply you with your unique link to refer your customers to our website. We will be able to track all referred leads from your website and correctly give you credit for each once they become customers.
We will pay 10% recurring commissions on every sale for the life of the referred account.
Please email partners@helpsquad.com to get setup and be given your unique link. - White Label. You may also sell our service at your own price point. Some partners mark up HelpSquad price by as much as 500%!
Our most effective white label resellers are typically marketing, hosting, lead acquisition, website design, etc. companies.
White Label resellers are required to put a lot more work and an ongoing investment of time.
Before going with this option we highly recommend first testing if your clients have interest in Staffed Live Chat service. You may do that by creating a simple blog post or/and an email campaign about the 24/7 managed chat and its benefits, and asking clients to submit their info if interested in hiring 24/7 live chat service for their websites. If results are favorable with significant interest shown, White Label option is potentially for you.
White Label resellers responsibilities:
1) New client onboarding. White label resellers are required to guide new clients through the onboaring process, explain the service and its benefits, provide all necessary materials to get the new client setup with HelpSquad platform. We will train you on how to do this process effectively!
2) Referred account lifecycle management. HelpSquad will be in direct communication with the reseller partner only about referred accounts, so it will be partner's responsibility to forward our questions and concerns to the customer and relay customer questions and replies back to us.
3) Billing. Partners bill their customers and pay us our subscription fee directly.
Here are the steps to get HelpSquad White Label reseller program setup for your company:
1) Email partners@helpsquad.com to setup your white label reseller account in our system.
2) Create a marketing campaign around the new offering on the partner's website, email and social media.
3) Setup necessary process to be able to collect all required information from the prospect in order to setup 14 day trial account. Please model your process based on this HelpSquad trial sign up form
